Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, deems necessary to exhaust all the conditions in order to avoid early elections, and in case they are held, it is important to exert efforts to hold it in a proper manner.
He made the abovementioned statement, answering the questions of Ukrainian journalists who covered the work of the International Political Conference in Evian (France). "I understand that early elections fail to be the best solution, as political situation in Ukraine will hardly change in the result of such elections", - stated the Head of Ukrainian Parliament. "However, it is necessary to exhaust all the conditions in order to avoid early elections, and in case they are held, it is important to exert efforts to hold it in a proper manner", - stated A.Yatseniuk.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine underscored that Ukrainian democracy was young. He is convinced that it was disunion of Ukrainian political elite that "stipulated political instability".
As reported earlier, on Monday, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine took part in the International Political Conference in Evian (France).
